When we first had the idea of building a granny flat/teen retreat in our backyard, we had no idea where to begin. From the very start, Todd Devine Homes made the entire process feel easy and manageable thanks to their friendly staff and positive, professional approach.

The planning stage quickly became far less daunting with their team guiding us through every step and openly discussing our needs. They genuinely listened to what we wanted and reassured us that even the smaller aesthetic details we hoped for could be accommodated. We often heard the phrase, “This is your build, you need to be happy with it,” and they truly stood by that throughout the whole experience. The office staff were always friendly, helpful, and wonderful to deal with, doing everything they could to keep the process as simple and stress-free for us as possible.

When construction began, we were incredibly impressed by the professionalism and communication. Our site manager kept us updated every step of the way, letting us know what work would be happening each week and regularly visiting the property to check the progress and quality of the build. He was always friendly, approachable, and happy to answer any questions we had, responding promptly whenever we contacted him.

The entire experience with Todd Devine Homes was smooth, supportive, and far less stressful than we ever expected building could be. We are absolutely thrilled with the final result and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a granny flat or backyard build.
