Todd Devine obtained his builder’s licence in 1990 and has been a proud member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA) for over 30 years. From a single builder’s licence to Victoria’s most awarded prefab home company, the journey has been guided by one principle: quality above all else.
Today, Todd Devine Homes operates from a 17 acre purpose built construction facility in Lang Lang, Victoria, with the capacity to build up to 60 homes concurrently. More than 10,000 homes have been delivered across the state.
