Our transportable prefab homes are built at our Lang Lang construction facility, allowing much of the construction to happen away from your property while our team closely manages the build before delivery to site.
Each home comes with the requirements and inclusions needed to support a complete build, including a building permit, soil test report, 7-star energy rating, termite treatment and a full site inspection before handover. Homes are also backed by a seven-year structural warranty.

Yes. A building permit is required. Todd Devine Homes manages this process with you from start to finish, so you don’t have to navigate it on your own.
Once your home is ready to begin construction, the build itself typically takes around 16 weeks, whether it is constructed at our facility or built onsite.
For homes constructed at our facility, allow a further 2–3 weeks for delivery, installation and completion onsite.
It’s important to note that these timeframes are for the construction stage only. Before building can begin, your project needs to move through pre-construction, which can include site investigations, drafting, engineering, selections, contracts and permits. Without council involvement, this stage can take approximately 4–5 months. Projects requiring planning or council approvals may take longer.
For contract purposes, we allow up to 8 months from site start to delivery, with move-in generally possible within approximately 10 months, depending on the individual project and approval requirements.
We offer a 3-month defects warranty, a 2-year non-structural warranty, and a 7-year structural warranty for homes.
